Voucher Shipping Policy at Pure

Delivery Methods

  • Electronic Delivery: Vouchers are emailed as PDFs immediately after purchase.

  • In-Store Pick Up: Collect your vouchers at our spa by choosing ‘In-Store Pick Up’ during checkout.

  • Postal Delivery: Vouchers can be mailed to your nominated address as physical gift cards.

Voucher Formats

  • Electronic: PDF, ready for immediate use or printing.

  • Physical: Collect in-store or posted, ideal for gifting.

Delivery Times

  • Electronic: Within 1 business day (please check your spam folder if not received).

  • In-Store Pick Up: Ready within 1-2 business days (notification will be sent).

  • Postal Delivery: 3-5 business days (please allow longer during peak/holiday periods).

Shipping Fees

  • Electronic: Free

  • In-Store Pick Up: Free

  • Postal: Nominal fee may apply, based on location

Voucher Validity

  • Each voucher has a specified validity period noted at purchase, with terms and conditions for redemption.

Product Shipping Policy at Pure
  • Standard Delivery: Flat rate $8 shipping for orders under AUD $100.

  • Free Shipping: Orders of AUD $100 or more.

  • Delivery Timeline: 3-5 business days across Australia (times may vary during peak periods).

Return, Refund, & Exchange Policy at Pure

Product Purchases

  • Returns: 30-day return policy. Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Initiate returns via customer support for authorization.

  • Refunds: Processed upon receipt and inspection of returned items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 30 days.

  • Return Shipping: Free returns for orders over AUD $100. For orders under AUD $100, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Exchanges: Accepted. The replacement item will be sent once the returned item is received and inspected.

Voucher Purchases

  • Refunds: Not provided unless required by law. For assistance, contact support@purebeautyspa.com.au within 7 days of purchase.

  • Expiry: Each voucher has an expiry date noted at purchase. Expired vouchers are not eligible for refund or extension.

General Terms

  • Damaged Items: Report immediately for replacement or refund.

  • Cancellation of Services: Subject to booking and cancellation policies.

  • Service Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons such as suspected fraud or abuse.

  • Policy Changes: Updates will be posted on our website and apply to all purchases thereafter.
