Return, Refund, & Exchange Policy at Pure
Product Purchases

Returns: 30-day return policy. Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Initiate returns via customer support for authorization.

Refunds: Processed upon receipt and inspection of returned items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 30 days.

Return Shipping: Free returns for orders over AUD $100. For orders under AUD $100, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges: Accepted. The replacement item will be sent once the returned item is received and inspected.
