Pre-orders for our 2023 Christmas gift packs and products vouchers are available until 26th November, 2023.
2. **Payment:**
Full payment is required for online orders.
3. **In-Store Pickup:** Pre-orders are for in-store pickup only, beginning from 1st December, 2023. An email notification will be sent when the products are available for pickup. Please bring the email confirmation and a valid ID for collection.
4. **Early Bird Discount:**
Enjoy a 5% discount for pre-orders placed before 26th November, 2023.
5. **Refunds and Returns:**
Once an order is successfully placed, no refunds or returns will be accepted.
